We're looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Thane.
Location:Thane
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Eligibility:
Female candidates only
1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Client Coordination
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
Ability to coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely resolution of customer queries
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Prepare basic reports and follow up on pending requests
