Job Summary:
The Internal Audit, Process Management, Export Control, Legal and Statutory Risk and Compliance Specialist role at Carl Zeiss India is responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and governance practices. This position will involve conducting audits, analyzing business processes, and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards and ensuring compliance with all applicable export control laws and regulations.



This role will involve assessing legal risks associated with international trade, developing compliance programs, and providing guidance on statutory requirements to mitigate risks. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in export control regulations, legal frameworks, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit Planning and Execution:
Develop annual audit plans based on risk assessments.
Conduct audits in accordance with established guidelines and methodologies.
Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans.
Process Evaluation:
Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
Collaborate with various departments to design and implement process enhancements.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes through follow-up audits.
