Under close supervision, conducts internal quality controls to ensure
established quality procedures and norms are followed. Conducts routine quality
analysis and tests/inspections of a quality control program, where duties and
tasks are standardized. Monitors and records inconsistencies with quality
procedures and norms. Prepares standard quality analyses and recommends
necessary quality procedure changes. Records and analyzes customer claims.
Learning role with 1 to 2 years of experience.
Education: Diploma in any stream, preferred - Mechanical Engineering
Location of work: Hoskote. Workdays - 6
Responsibilities:
* Preparation of “Quality Inspection Plans” for incoming material and keeping
records up to date.
* Inspection of incoming materials as per quality plan and clearing the
material in ERP.
* Inspection of current Molds as per drawing.
* Recording daily/weekly monthly rejections at Inward and reporting to Quality
Manager.
* Highlighting the defects found in the incoming stage and communicating to the
supplier and respective team through a Quality concern report.
* Verify the Supplier test certificate.
* Supplier issues tracking with details till CAPA closure.
* Participate in analysis to find the root cause and to take necessary actions.
* Support in implementing a “Direct On-Line” system.
* Prepare supplier scorecard.
* Coordination with employees for continuous improvement (KAIZEN) in Safety,
Quality, Productivity, and 5S areas.
* Involve in supplier process audit and identify the improvement areas.
