Job Summary:

The Landside Operations Manager is responsible for managing and executing
landside transportation activities, including the movement of cargo and
containers through road and rail transport. The role ensures efficient, safe,
and compliant operations while supporting service delivery, operational




excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, coordinate, and execute landside transportation operations involving
truck and rail movements.

* Monitor daily transportation activities to ensure timely and cost-effective
cargo movement.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety
standards.

* Identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues while minimizing
service disruptions.

* Coordinate with internal departments, transport providers, terminals,
customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

* Analyze operational data and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency,
productivity, and service quality.

* Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.

* Support process optimization initiatives and contribute to continuous
improvement programs.
