About the Team:

You will be a part of a highly motivated and experienced team of Property & Casualty (P&C;) Reinsurance business operations, handling end-to-end administration of reinsurance contracts. We have a solid link to the other P&C; Reinsurance teams and collaborate daily to deliver best service and most value to our clients.

About the Role:

Key responsibilities:

Assist in handling Client submissions of Reinsurance contracts
Processing of client reinsurance accounts (premiums, claims, brokerage, etc.) ensure quality standards are met
Capture accurate claim information by referring to claim advice after checking contract documents/conditions
Ensure financial transactions/payments are in adherence to processes and guidelines, quality management framework and key controls
Timely collection of funds (Accounts Receivable), keeping track of financials for the team.
Timely follow-ups and escalation of issues to management and/or senior management as appropriate
Manage assigned tasks effectively to achieve agreed service/business standards




Contact internal business partners to resolve any long pending operational issues
Any other ad-hoc/admin related tasks as required from time to time that are deemed appropriate for this role

About you:

Requirements:

Minimum bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Insurance, or related fields.
Good written and verbal interpersonal skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player and ability to learn
Flexibility in work timings
