We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, high‑performance applications. You will play a key role in shaping architecture, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust technical solutions aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET
Lead and contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions
Write clean, maintainable, and productive code following best practices
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
Collaborate with business analysts, QA, DevOps, and product teams
Perform code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers
Debug and resolve complex technical issues across environments
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices
Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and coding standards
Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Your Profile




8-12 years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core
Strong experience with ASP.NET, Web APIs, RESTful services
Solid understanding of object-oriented design and SOLID principles
Experience with message queues or event-driven architectures (Kafka, Service Bus, etc.)
Experience with SQL Server and relational database design
Knowledge of Entity Framework / Dapper
Experience with source control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience building and consuming microservices is a plus
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized applications
Experience in financial services or regulated environments
Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Blazor)
