Functional & Planning Skills
Hands-on experience building and maintaining models in Workday Adaptive Planning




Robust understanding of FP&A; processes (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis)
Ability to design and optimize planning models, cubes, sheets, and dimensions
Expertise in workforce, expense, revenue, and CapEx planning models
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive Planning solutions
Knowledge of planning cycles, driver‑based planning, and scenario modeling
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Adaptive Planning formulas and expressions
Experience with Data Integration (Workday Integration Framework, Adaptive Loader, APIs)
Strong skills in data mapping, transformation, and troubleshooting data loads
Ability to build dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Adaptive Planning
Solid understanding of security administration (roles, permissions, access setup)
Workday Ecosystem Skills
Experience working with Workday Financial Management
Understanding of how Adaptive Planning integrates with Workday Financial
