DESCRIPTION:
As a Senior Technical Writer at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll create clear, comprehensive documentation for complex scientific products and software platforms. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll make cutting-edge technology accessible to customers across life sciences, healthcare, and research fields.



This role offers the opportunity to blend technical expertise with creative communication skills while contributing to innovations that help make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

The position offers remote work flexibility and focuses on developing high-quality technical content across multiple formats, including user guides, API documentation, training materials, and product documentation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams of scientists, engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly content that enhances the customer experience.
Job Duties
Your contribution as Technical Writer relies on extensive experience in four chief functions:
Develop and deliver technical content
Define content strategies and architecture at the portfolio level for sophisticated, specialized publications.
Conduct interviews, research, observe, and work hands-on to capture and synthesize source material.
