Role Purpose
Our client is a rapidly growing player in the Integrated Facility Management Services (IFMS) industry. We are seeking an accomplished Business Head to lead the organization's business operations with complete ownership of growth, profitability, operational excellence, and client satisfaction across PAN India operations.
The incumbent will be responsible for driving strategic business expansion, developing new market segments, strengthening client relationships, leading large-scale operations, and ensuring sustainable revenue and profitability growth while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Strategic Expansion
Develop and execute business strategies aligned with the organization's long-term vision and growth objectives.
Identify, evaluate,



and drive expansion into new industry segments and emerging markets.
Create and implement segment-specific growth plans to accelerate business development.
Support new client acquisition initiatives and strengthen client retention strategies.
Build and maintain a solid market presence and industry network.
Explore international business opportunities and stay abreast of global IFM market trends.
Collaborate with leadership teams to identify strategic partnerships and growth opportunities.

2. Operational Excellence
Ensure seamless delivery of IFM services across multiple locations nationwide.
Establish and maintain high standards of operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), statutory regulations, and safety standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity enhancement and operational optimization.
