The primary purpose is to provide functional expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) to support and optimize Commercial Order Management (COM) processes across the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle. The Associate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners to ensure seamless integration of SAP SD with other ERP modules and downstream systems. Key accountabilities include –
- Managing and supporting end-to-end SAP SD configuration including sales order types, pricing procedures, billing, delivery, and shipping processes.
- Providing functional support to resolve Order-to-Cash (OTC) incidents, including root cause analysis and problem resolution.
- Configuring and customizing SAP SD solutions to meet specific commercial business needs, including supporting process design and go-live activities.
