Role Overview:The HV Grid & Smart Grid SME provides technical leadership across power transmission, distribution, grid modernization, digital grid platforms, and Smart Grid technologies. The role brings deep domain expertise in HV systems, ADMS/SCADA/EMS/OMS, DERMS, grid protection, automation, and digital grid transformation. Responsibilities span solutioning, client engagement, technical architecture, proposal support, and delivery governance.
Key Responsibilities:A.



HV Grid & Smart Grid Technical Leadership

Serve as the primary expert for High Voltage (HV) transmission and distribution networks, grid protection systems, and grid automation.Guide utilities on modernization strategies using ADMS, SCADA, EMS, OMS, GIS, DERMS, and grid analytics platforms.
Support modeling and simulation of HV networks, network stability, load flow, power quality, and system reliability.

B. Smart Grid Architecture & Solution Design

Lead design and integration of Smart Grid systems, including DER integration, Volt/VAR optimization, FLISR, and predictive grid operations.
Evaluate and architect digital grid solutions—digital twins, grid analytics, workforce & asset management, grid flexibility, and demand response platforms.
Assess emerging technologies and ecosystem partners to enhance Smart Grid value propositions.

C. Implementation & Delivery Oversight

Oversee implementation of ADMS/SCADA/
