Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
- Build secure RESTful APIs and implement JWT, OAuth2, Spring Security, and RBAC.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, queries, and indexing.
- Develop scalable microservices and integrate with third-party APIs.
- Work with Hibernate/JPA, Redis, Kafka, and event-driven architecture.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using JUnit and Mockito.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and product teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Follow Agile practices, participate in code reviews, and maintain coding standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile




- 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong expertise in Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and REST APIs.
- Excellent knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL optimization, and database design.
- Experience with JWT, OAuth2, Redis, Apache Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure.
- Understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture.
- Experience in FinTech, Banking, Compliance, or SaaS Product companies is preferred.
- Robust communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
