Role Summary

The SME will play a critical role in overseeing fund accounting, financial reporting, and investor reporting activities for
Private Credit funds/Structured Loan Accounting.
The role requires strong domain expertise, particularly in
credit instruments
, and the ability to ensure delivery excellence, technical accuracy, and high-quality standards across all engagements.

Private Credit Fund Accounting & Administrator Coordination
- Assist with preparation of accounting support packages and coordinate with third-party fund administrators for multiple Private Credit entities.
- Review operating expenses, loan activity, and account reconciliations, including credit-related balances.
- Compile data and prepare detailed support workpapers across funds.

Trial Balance & Close Review
- Perform detailed reviews of monthly and quarterly trial balances prepared by fund administrators.
- Identify breaks related to loan balances, interest accruals, fees, and expenses, and coordinate timely resolution.
- Over time,



take ownership of investigation and resolution of issues in collaboration with administrators.
- Actively contribute to improving efficiency in the close-the-books process.

Financial, Investor & Regulatory Reporting
- Review quarterly financial reporting, including:
- Financial Statements (FS): Validate consistency between trial balances, SOI data, loan schedules, and other client deliverables.
- Investor Capital Statements (P-Caps).
- Regulatory reporting (e.g., MMIF).

Private Credit Instrument Knowledge (Critical Requirement)

The role requires robust hands-on knowledge of
Private Credit instruments
, including but not limited to:
- Term Loans
- Revolving Credit Facilities (Revolvers)
- Delayed Draw Term Loans (DDTLs)
- Interest structures including
PIK (Payment-in-Kind) interest
, cash interest, OID, and related accruals
- Understanding of commitment tracking, drawdowns, repayments, and amortization schedules

Investor Reporting
- Review investor capi
