Infinity Infoway Ltd. is looking for an experienced ERP Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting ERP product demonstrations, understanding client business requirements, leading ERP implementations, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role requires excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills, along with robust functional expertise in ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and effective ERP product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and prepare functional requirement documents (FRDs).
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, including requirement analysis, configuration, onboarding, user training, and go-live support.
- Collaborate with the technical team to define and validate customizations and integrations.
- Provide post-implementation functional support and resolve client issues.
- Map business processes and recommend ERP best practices.




- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6–8 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant or ERP Implementation Consultant.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and business process mapping.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Experience in conducting software demonstrations and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Experience working with one or more of the following ERP domains is preferred:
