Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. This role is crucial for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to support our company's continued success and expansion. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates,



utilizing online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications for open positions.
- Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and external recruitment partners.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company's culture, values, and business objectives.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice.
