IBS Fulcro is looking for a detail-oriented Copywriter supervisor who can craft explicit, engaging, and impactful content across digital platforms. The role involves developing compelling copy for campaigns, social media, websites, and marketing materials while ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging. The Copywriter will collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to translate ideas into effective communication, maintain content quality for ongoing clients, and contribute to creative concepts for campaigns, retainers, and pitches.

Responsibilities
:

• Interpret briefs and come up with creative solutions.

• Draw campaign plans and content buckets for social media

• Write crisp copy for Social Media, Emailers, Websites, etc.

• Ideate on Digital Activation and come up with campaign ideas

• Brainstorm for visual and copy ideas with other members of the creative team





• Ability to write film and AV scripts and supervise production and post-production of Digital AVs.

• Collaborate with the design team and have a quick turnaround time on topical content for brands

Required Skills
:

• 2 - 3 years of experience in Copywriting (long form content will not be entertained)

• Excellent command over English.

• Excellent writing skills.

• Understanding of brands, tonality and audience.

• Good public speaking skills. Should be able to present own ideas to client.

• 2 years of Digital marketing Agency experience is a must.

• Should be proactive and ready to take initiative.

• Should be a team player.

• Be well versed with current trends, pop culture, etc.
