Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and client-focused Data Integration Specialist / Integration Architect to design and deliver integrations across Workforce Management, HCM, and Payroll systems for enterprise and multinational clients. This role requires solid expertise in data flow design, integration architecture, and client engagement, with ownership of integration lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

Key Responsibilities
- :Lead client discussions to gather integration requirements across HCM, Time & Attendance, and Payroll system
- sDocument integration-specific Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specification
- sAnalyze and design end-to-end data flows between upstream and downstream system
- sBuild and configure integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware platform
- sDevelop reusable frameworks, templates, and standard interface designs to enable scalabilit
- yCollaborate with functional, technical, and payroll teams to ensure accurate data mapping and transformation
- sEnsure robust error handling, validation, reconciliation,



and data integrity across integration
- sManage integration testing, UAT support, and validation cycle
