Role & responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth and productive functioning
- Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements
- Authorize and verify system inputs for customer transactions and service requests (SO/SDO/RO)
- Manage branch lobby and customer queues to enhance service delivery
- Handle cash operations, including foreign exchange (FX) and travellers cheques (TCs), within prescribed limits
- Address and resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround times (TAT)
- Ensure AML and KYC compliance for all account opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC
