Job Summary

INTERNATIONAL HEALTH ASSURANCE LLP is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Operations Executive to manage operational activities related to customer onboarding, audio and video verification, and telephonic support. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate verification, maintain operational records, and provide a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audio and video verification of customers as per company guidelines.
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls for customer verification, onboarding, and support.
- Verify customer identity and documents while ensuring compliance with company policies.




- Guide customers through the verification process and resolve their queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of verification calls, customer interactions, and operational data.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of customer requests.
- Prepare daily operational reports and MIS updates.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, data privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Follow up with customers for pending documentation or verification requirements.
- Support the operations team in achieving daily productivity and service quality targets.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
