Job Summary

The Assistant manager will serve as the first point of contact for our valued clients. This role is responsible for managing incoming calls for appointments, handling billing & payments accurately, maintaining a welcoming reception area, and ensuring a smooth, skilled client journey. The ideal candidate is polished, articulate in English, well-groomed, and capable of representing our premium brand with poise and warmth.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally; handle appointment bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and inquiries about services, pricing, and availability.
- Use the salon management software / booking system to schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently while avoiding overbooking.
- Greet walk-in clients and arriving guests warmly, check them in, inform therapists/stylists,



and guide them appropriately.
- Process billing and payments accurately (cash, card, UPI, digital wallets); issue invoices, receipts, and handle daily cash reconciliation.
- Upsell services, packages, memberships, retail products, and promotions politely during client interactions and calls.
- Maintain the reception area, waiting lounge, and front desk in a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing manner at all times.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and minor complaints with patience and escalate issues when needed.
- Assist in maintaining client records, updating contact details, and sending appointment reminders (SMS / WhatsApp / calls).
- Coordinate with therapists, stylists, and backend team for seamless service flow.
- Ensure strict adherence to salon hygiene, safety, and premium service protocols.
