About the Role

iProgrammer is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive the global growth of our Odoo Practice. This role is responsible for acquiring new customers across North America, Europe, and the Middle East by selling Odoo Licensing, Implementation, Customization, Migration, Support, and Enterprise Engineering Services.

The ideal candidate should have a robust consultative sales approach, proven experience in selling Odoo solutions, and the ability to engage with business and technology decision-makers across mid-market and enterprise organizations.

This is an individual contributor role with significant growth potential as the Odoo practice expands globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner referrals, networking, and inbound opportunities.
- Sell Odoo Licensing, Implementation, Customization, Migration, Integration, Support, and Managed Services.




- Identify customer business challenges and position Odoo as a strategic business transformation platform.
- Lead customer discovery sessions and collaborate with the Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to develop winning solutions.
- Manage the complete sales lifecyclefrom prospecting and qualification to proposal submission, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Prepare commercial proposals, solution presentations, and customer business cases.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and accurate project estimations.
- Develop relationships with CXOs, Business Heads, IT Leaders, and Digital Transformation stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Odoo ecosystem and strategic partners to generate joint business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and opportunity management in the CRM.
- Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
