Key Result Areas

1. New tool & fixture development according to requirement for making new part.

2. Review/Monitoring of whole department activities. & Team handling/Motivation/Team retention.
3. Lean manufacturing, Line balancing, line layout, Time motion study, line setup for new and existing projects.
4. Coordination with customer & fulfil their requirement as per target date.
5. Productivity improvement and manpower reduction and VAVE implementation.

Education Qualifications : -

BE/B.Tech/DME /M.Tech
10+ year Relevant Experience

Candidate Must have :-
1. Knowledge of Sheet metal products, Set the line at low cost, Reduce manpower through Process improvement,
2. Knowledge of Tool Die & fixtures. Having a good exposer in weld Shop, Fabrication and heavy Press Shops.

3. Proven track record of independently handling current product development process/ manufacturing Engineering is a must.

4. SAP knowledge,
