You will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs that power portfolio construction platforms.

Role Summary

This role provides intermediate-level system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases and supports backend performance optimization, data integration, documentation, and secure development practices.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications and APIs.
- Build secure, scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and maintain AWS-based microservices and serverless solutions.
- Implement API authentication and authorization using OAuth, Okta, and JWT.
- Monitor application performance using Splunk, Honeycomb, and CloudWatch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Support production applications and drive service reliability.





Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in application development, system analysis, or database management.
- Bachelor s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT, or Bachelor s in Computer Applications (BCA).
- Proficiency in Java, Spring boot,Python Basics
- Excellence in AWS - Lambda, step functions, Dynamo DB, S3, ECS .
- Working knowledge of Splunk, Honeycomb, Cloud watch
- Positive understanding in API security - OAUTH/OKTA jwts
- Proficiency in TDD / BDD- Test Automation Skills (Cucumber).
- Experience in Version: Java 17; Python 3.9+; Spring Boot 3.0 +
