Role Description
The Account Manager is a full time, hybrid role based in the Greater Kolkata Area, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves managing client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring that service delivery meets agreed performance metrics. The Account Manager will coordinate with operations and technical teams, track account performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.



Daily tasks include handling client queries, participating in review meetings, monitoring service quality, and supporting the implementation of process improvements. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, aligning account activities with business goals, and contributing to client retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Account management and coordination skills, including experience managing multiple accounts, prioritizing tasks, and meeting service-level commitments.
- Communication and presentation skills, with strong spoken and written English and the ability to explain services and performance clearly to clients.
- Analytical and reporting skills, including comfort with basic data analysis, performance tracking, and preparing client-ready reports.
