About the Role

Ingenious Synergies is hiring a Telecalling Executive to join our US process. The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with clients, generating leads, and building long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
- Explain our services and address client queries.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records.
- Meet daily calling and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable working US Night Shift.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales,



or business development is preferred.
- Should be comfortable handling multiple rejections every day while staying motivated and focused on achieving targets.
- Should have a dedicated work-from-home setup with a quiet, distraction-free workspace and a reliable internet connection

Compensation & KPIs
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (7:00 PM 4:00 AM)
- Salary: 10,000 25,000 per month and Incentives
- Daily Target: 150 outbound calls
