Experience 2 – 3 years in P&C; Insurance operations as a Team Member / SME / QA

Education Graduate and above

Language French — B2/C1 (mandatory); English — B2 (working proficiency)

Reports To Team Leader — French UWSS

Role Purpose

The Senior Associate is the production backbone of the French UWSS unit.



This role processes underwriting support

transactions received directly from a French-speaking insurer/broker, working in native French documentation and

French-language customer systems, while maintaining the quality, turnaround, and compliance standards expected of

an offshore delivery centre.

Key Responsibilities

Underwriting Support & Production
- Policy lifecycle processing: Process current business, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations across the

commercial P&C; policy lifecycle, working from French-language submission forms and underwriting instructions
- French client tools: Operate customer underwriting/policy administration systems that are configured and

presented entirely in French, with no English overlay
- Transaction quality: Own end-to-end transaction processing to meet first-time-right and SLA quality standards
- Document interpretation: Accurately read, interpret, and action French-language proposal forms, endors
