Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented EDP Executive to assist the Head of EDP in day-to-day IT, inventory, MIS, and operational activities. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, computer-savvy, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced retail workplace. The role involves inventory audits, IT support, MIS reporting, ERP operations, and coordination with retail stores to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of EDP in day-to-day IT, inventory, MIS, and operational activities.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits at retail stores, including Jaipur outlets and outstation locations.
- Verify physical stock counts and reconcile stock transfers, job work, approvals, and other inventory-related transactions.
- Provide first-level IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV systems, and other peripherals.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors to resolve hardware, software, networking, and other technical issues.




- Prepare and maintain MIS reports using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Support e-commerce backend operations, including return tracking, inventory updates, and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory and operational activities.

Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in BCA, B.Com, BBA, or an equivalent degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in an Inventory, Back Office, IT Support, or EDP role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Basic hands-on knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with ERP software or Inventory Management Systems will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to outstation retail stores as required.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
