Crimson International is looking for a competitive and highly capable international business development specialist to independently lead and scale our budding formulations and API business units. This division manages high-profile international business expansion, including portfolios for legacy brands like Baidyanath. This is an autonomous role requiring a candidate capable of single-handedly managing global client accounts and penetrating new international export territories.
Key Responsibilities

* Client Retention: Manage, nurture, and maintain ongoing commercial relationships with our existing clients across the CIS region, GCC region, and other export markets.

* Market Expansion: Drive proactive international business development by identifying newer geographical markets and adding new overseas buyers.

* Commercial Communication: Handle daily communications with global buyers, process inquiries, and deliver professional commercial offers.

* Market Intelligence: Compile accurate target-market data, evaluate international regulatory compliance needs,



and generate actionable MIS reports.

* Global Networking: Travel internationally to meet and finalize deals with recent buyers that you develop.
Candidate Profile & Requirements

* Education: B. Pharm or an equivalent diploma in the pharmaceutical field is mandatory.

* Language: Flawless English communication skills (written and spoken). Fluency in foreign languages (e.g., Russian, Arabic) is an added advantage.

* Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional email etiquette.

* Personality: A resilient quick learner, sharp strategic thinker, multitasking expert, and strong individual contributor.

* Experience: Experience in international sales, pharma exports, or B2B business development is highly preferred. Extremely capable freshers may be evaluated.

* Age Bracket: 20–25 years.
