We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Performance Test Analyst with hands-on experience in LoadRunner, JMeter and other performance engineering tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, scripting, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure system reliability, scalability, and responsiveness under load.
Key Responsibilities
Work independently on performance testing requirement gathering, validation, documentation and getting it finalized.
Assist project team identifying critical business flows and derive throughout metrics for recent project.
Develop and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner and other relevant tools
Execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests across various platforms
Monitor system performance using APM and other tools (e.g., Dynatrace, NewRelic, Kibana)
Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks
Collaborate with development, infr
