Zoho Administrator – Intern
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Zoho Administrator Intern to join our
IT operations team. The candidate will work closely with the CRM and business applications
team to configure, maintain, and optimize Zoho products across the organization.
This internship is a great opportunity for candidates seeking hands-on experience in
enterprise-grade SaaS administration, CRM management, workflow automation, and real-
time business operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
● Assist in configuring and customizing Zoho CRM modules, fields, workflows, and
blueprints.
● Support the setup and maintenance of Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho People, and
Zoho Analytics.
● Create and maintain roles, profiles, and permission settings in Zoho CRM.
● Build and troubleshoot automation rules, workflow rules, and scheduled actions.
● Assist in data migration, import/export operations, and data quality audits.
● Generate and maintain reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics and CRM
reporting tools.




● Coordinate with end-users to gather requirements and implement Zoho
configurations.
● Support user onboarding, training sessions, and provide Level 1 support for Zoho-
related queries.
● Monitor integrations between Zoho and third-party applications using Zoho Flow or
APIs.
● Maintain technical documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices.

Basic knowledge of:

● Workflow automation and assignment rules
