Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, end-user support, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, Microsoft 365 administration, and basic network security.
Experience: 2–3 Years Experience
Key Responsibilities:
? Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users, and install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
? Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
? Manage user accounts, email accounts, and permissions in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
? Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN,



and network connectivity issues; monitor network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
? Perform software installation, updates, and antivirus management.
? Maintain IT asset inventory, coordinate with vendors for warranty claims/repairs, and create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
? Support IT infrastructure projects, office setup activities, and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Diploma or equivalent also acceptable).
✔ 2–3 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or Infrastructure Support.
✔ Solid skills in Windows 10/11 Administration, Microsoft 365 Administration, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
✔ Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and basic network troubleshooting.
✔ Experience with IT asset management and helpdesk/t
