KEYDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Business:
- Responsiblefor ascertaining the working condition of IT assets incollaboration with users and supervisors and recommendreplacement, if needed.
- Preparationof purchase orders for IT assets.
- Responsibleto co-ordinate with Finance for invoice processing.
Customer(Both Internal & External)
- Toco-ordinate with Audit SPOCs to validate branch asset
- Tovalidate physical regional inventory across departments
- Coordinationwith all departments for gathering requirements related to ITassets
- Toallocate to the users the relevant IT assets for carrying outbusiness related activities against documented approvals
- Toco-ordinate with HR for updating employee records related to ITassets during allocation, change and handover.
