Exp Range: 12 - 16 Years

- Willingness to take complete ownership, responsibility & accountability of assigned work
- Good computer knowledge (Microsoft XLS, Word & Power Point, etc.)
- Desirable to have Professional Certifications, additional language knowledge,
- Strong analytical and logical understanding.





Educational Qualification & Experience
- B.Tech / BE Preferred
- 5-10 Years Experience in Technical Facility Management Responsibility & Expectations from the Role
- Managing & overseeing the deployment of outsourced staff.
- Reporting to Location & Cluster Head on day-to-day activities, incident management etc.
- Monitoring and reporting of key project activities, plans and progresses
- Vendor Management, assist in finalizing contracts, Vendor invoices, preparation of BOQs
- Contract management
- Maintain and monitor legal compliances for buildings
- Prepare and deploy contingency/BCP, Shutdown maintenance, Emergencies etc.
- Handle crisis situations
- Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirement.
- Maintain Safe Work Workplace & Ensure Contract staff adhere to Safe Work
- practices as per Organizational policies.
- Maintain and Update documents related to HSE & Energy Management Audits. W
