Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and technically capable Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal
candidate will have hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 (Office 365) environments, a working knowledge of Microsoft
Azure fundamentals, solid experience administering Windows Server infrastructure & supporting end users

Key Responsibilities :

Windows Server Administration Server Management: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments Active Directory: Manage Active Directory including user accounts, group policies (GPOs), OUs, and access control DNS & DHCP: Administer DNS and DHCP services to ensure reliable network name resolution and IP address management Patching & Updates: Apply Windows Server patches and updates using WSUS or Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) File & Print Services: Manage file servers, shared drives, permissions, and print services Backup & Recovery: Assist with server backup configurations and support recovery procedures when required





Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Administration
User & License Management: Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts, mailboxes, and Microsoft 365 licenses across
the organisation
Exchange Online: Administer Exchange Online including mailbox configuration, distribution lists, mail flow rules, and spam
filtering
Teams & SharePoint: Support end users on Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive including permissions,
site management, and collaboration tools
Security & Compliance: Manage Microsoft 365 security settings including MFA, Conditional Access policies, and Microsoft
Defender for Office 365
Intune / MDM: Assist with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management and endpoint policy enforcement
Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor Microsoft 365 service health, generate usage reports, and respond to service alerts

Microsoft Azure (Fundamentals)
Azure AD / Entra ID: Manage Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) including user
