Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development & Partnerships Specialist to identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships that drive business growth, brand visibility, and revenue. The ideal candidate should have strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills with experience in partnerships, brand collaborations, events, or strategic alliances.

Business Development & Partnerships
Identify, approach, and close strategic partnerships with:
Return gifting companies
Toy, kids',



and mom-focused retail stores
Restaurants and experiential venues
Parenting and lifestyle brands
Develop collaboration opportunities that increase revenue and brand awareness.
Negotiate commercial terms and ensure successful execution of partnerships.
Events & Brand Activations
Identify and secure participation in flea markets, exhibitions, pop-ups, and community events.
Plan and execute on-ground brand activations.
Drive customer engagement and maximize brand visibility during events.
Community & Relationship Building
Build and nurture relationships within the parenting, creator, and influencer ecosystem.
Collaborate with creators, communities, and strategic partners.
Develop long-term relationships that strengthen the partner network.
Outreach & Pipeline Management
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective partners.
Conduct consistent outreach, follow-ups, and negotiations.
