Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Branch Head to lead plant operations, ensuring efficient execution, manpower management, maintenance coordination, and safety compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in heavy industrial operations with proven leadership and client management experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end branch and plant operations.
Coordinate maintenance activities and maximize equipment availability.
Oversee manpower deployment, productivity, and statutory safety compliance.
Control operational costs, inventory, diesel consumption, and resource utilization.




Build strong client relationships and participate in operational review meetings.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Requirements
9+ years of experience in plant operations, mining services, material handling, or heavy industrial operations.
