Role Description




The Deputy Manager role at Hinduja Renewables is a full time, on-site position based in Rajkot. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations for solar and other renewable energy projects, including monitoring performance, coordinating with technical and field teams, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The Deputy Manager will support project planning and execution, track key operational metrics, and contribute to process improvements and cost optimization. The role includes preparing regular reports and presentations for management, collaborating with vendors and stakeholders, and assisting in the implementation of digital tools and analytics for asset management. The Deputy Manager is expected to work closely with cross-functional teams to support the company’s growth objectives and maintain best-in-class plant performance.
