Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Planning & Budget with 10–15 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. The role is responsible for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely delivery within approved budgets. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project planning tools, financial management, and project execution across residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules from project initiation to handover.
- Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and budgets.
- Identify schedule delays, cost overruns, and project risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, contracts, finance, and site execution teams.
- Review contractor work programs and monitor compliance with project timelines.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, project status reports,



and management presentations.
- Track project costs, budget utilization, and forecast final project costs.
- Conduct variance analysis for schedule and budget deviations.
- Support tender planning, resource planning, and procurement scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory, and contractual requirements.
- Facilitate project review meetings and maintain action trackers.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to improve project planning processes and reporting standards.
