Develop accurate 3D structural models using Revit Structure.
Prepare structural models, GA drawings, sections, and detailing as per project requirements.
Coordinate with Architectural, MEP, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes.
Ensure models comply with BIM standards, client specifications, and quality standards.
Update models based on engineer/client mark-ups and design revisions.
Generate drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support project delivery.
Deliver high-quality models within project timelines.

Important: Work location is Adibatla, Hyderabad, approximately 30–35 km from Hyderabad city centre. Travel time may vary depending on traffic. Transportation support/compensation will be provided or reimbursed, subject to the company's final policy.

Requirements
6–9 years of experience as a Structural BIM Modeller.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure.




Mandatory experience in Data Centre projects.
Experience working on high-end infrastructure projects such as Data Centres, Airports, Metro/Rail, Industrial, Healthcare, or Mission Critical facilities.
Robust understanding of structural drawings, BIM workflows, and construction documentation.
Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection/resolution.
Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project deliverables.
Ability to interpret structural engineering mark-ups and implement revisions.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience working on international projects will be an added advantage
