We are seeking an experienced IT Commercial Head to lead and govern the organization's Commercial Technology landscape. This role will be accountable for delivering business value through enterprise platforms including Salesforce.com (SFDC), Marketo, Adobe Commerce, customer-facing web applications, and SAP-integrated commercial solutions. You will drive strategic transformation initiatives, support business growth, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and innovative technology capabilities across the Commercial ecosystem.
A key focus of the role will be leading the replacement and transition of the existing Commercial technology landscape, ensuring successful separation from legacy systems while establishing a future-ready platform that supports long-term business objectives.

What you will do
Act as the lead IT partner for Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, Customer Service, and Digital teams. Own the Commercial IT ecosystem including Salesforce.com, Marketo, Adobe Commerce, customer-facing web applications, reporting solutions, and SAP integrations
Lead governance, strategy, delivery, and adoption of Salesforce.com capabilities. Drive customer engagement, pipeline visibility, and sales process effectiveness.
