Job Description
Responsibilities: Lead complex, multi-client, and global transition programs, providing solutions to strategic business challenges and delivering measurable outcomes. Design and implement new operating models, scalable services, and digital solutions (e.g., RPA) to improve efficiency and client adoption. Manage large, multi-location teams and foster cultural diversity while driving performance improvements and operational excellence. Build and maintain solid client relationships at management and executive levels, acting as a senior escalation point when needed.
