NuevoPixels Creative Media Institute is looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and highly organized Student Counsellor cum Receptionist who will be the face of our institute. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with students and parents, possesses excellent communication skills, and is passionate about guiding young people toward successful careers.

The ideal candidate should combine the warmth of a welcoming receptionist with the confidence of a career counsellor, ensuring every student receives personal attention from their first enquiry through their learning journey.

We are looking for someone who has:
- 3–4 years of experience in student counselling, educational institutions, customer relationship management, front office, or admissions.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (spoken and written).
- A pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
- A professional appearance with courteous and positive mannerisms.
- A genuine passion for student welfare, mentoring,



and helping students make informed career decisions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Valuable computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and CRM software. Knowledge in the Animation, VFX, Gaming and Graphics will be added advantage.
- The ability to remain calm, patient, and solution-oriented while handling students and parents.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications.
- Counsel prospective students on courses, career opportunities, and the admission process.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Manage student admissions, documentation, and maintain accurate records.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Monitor student attendance and address routine student concerns.
