Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to develop and manage business in the Pune region. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales and be comfortable meeting customers, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Candidates from Pharma as well as Non-Pharma industries are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate current business opportunities through field visits, references,



and networking.
- Meet customers regularly to understand their filtration and process requirements.
- Promote and sell company's industrial filtration products and solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and submit daily visit reports.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events whenever required.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/Science graduates preferred).
- 1 7 years of experience in B2B Field Sales.
