Job Summary:
We are looking for an Order Fulfillment Executive with experience in e-commerce and logistics to ensure timely and accurate order processing from receipt to delivery. The ideal candidate will coordinate with warehouses, logistics partners, and internal teams to maintain seamless order fulfillment and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage daily customer orders.
- Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Monitor inventory availability and order status.
- Handle returns, replacements, and order exceptions.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with customer support, procurement, and sales teams.

Requirements:




- 2years of experience in e-commerce order fulfillment and logistics.
- Knowledge of shipping, inventory management, and courier coordination.
- Experience with ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, or order management software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace with attention to detail.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
