Role Description
The Inside Sales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will engage with prospective learners via phone, email,



and messaging platforms to understand their career goals and recommend suitable SKILLIT ACADEMY programs. Daily responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, conducting product demos or counseling calls, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role also involves following up consistently to convert inquiries into enrollments, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and collaborating with marketing and academic teams to optimize campaigns and learner experience. The Inside Sales Executive will provide high-quality customer service, address queries, and ensure a smooth enrollment process from first contact to admission.

Roles & Responsibilities

● Will have to do consultative outbound calls & follow-up calls on a daily basis with prospective candidates

● Fix appointments and conduct demo sessions on a daily basis with prospective candidates

● Understand Customer profiles & learning problems to explain implications of ineffective learning
