Job title: Associate/ Senior Associate Finance

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Manage day-to-day journal entries and general ledger postings
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end closures
- Petty cash handling and reconciliation

2. Reconciliations & Reporting
- Perform ledger and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, budget monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Monitor provisions, accruals, and depreciation schedules and add prepaid expenses reconciliation

3. Compliance & Taxation
- Handle TDS, GST filings, and ensure statutory compliance
- Support audits and internal financial controls

4. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Oversee AP/AR processes and vendor/customer reconciliations

5. Tools & Systems
- Work on Tally Prime ERP and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)




- Exposure to SAP is beneficial.

Experience, Qualifications & Skills
- B. Com / M. Com from a recognized university
- Other relevant certifications like Diploma in Taxation, GST Practitioner Course, or SAP Finance Module training are also valued, as they reflect specialized expertise and a commitment to continuous learning in the finance/ Banking and operations domain.
