We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Digital Media Head to drive digital growth initiatives across multiple brands and client accounts.

This is a senior leadership position requiring 6–8 years of proven hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, marketing technology, and campaign management, preferably within a digital media agency environment. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in managing large-scale campaigns, leading cross-functional teams, integrating AI-driven marketing solutions, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

The candidate must have complete command over up-to-date digital marketing ecosystems, campaign optimization strategies, analytics platforms, CRM integrations, and marketing automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Campaign Leadership

* Lead end-to-end digital growth strategies for multiple clients and internal brands.

* Design, execute, and optimize high-performance campaigns across digital platforms.





* Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring delivery against business objectives.

* Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, brand visibility, and revenue growth initiatives.

AI-Powered Marketing & Automation

* Integrate AI tools and workflows into campaign planning, content generation, audience targeting, and performance optimization.

* Utilize predictive analytics, automation, and personalization technologies to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.

* Continuously evaluate emerging AI marketing technologies and implement best practices.

Performance Marketing

* Own and manage paid marketing campaigns across:

* Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

* Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube)

* LinkedIn Ads and other relevant platforms

* Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, and maximize ROI.

* Develop audience strategies, retargeting frameworks, and conversion funnels.
