Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Sales Head – Specialty Surgical to lead and drive the sales strategy for our specialty surgical products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing the sales team, building relationships with hospitals, surgeons, distributors, and healthcare professionals, and achieving revenue and market share objectives.

Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- Expand market presence by acquiring new customers and strengthening existing relationships.
- Prepare sales forecasts and business plans.

Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and mentor Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers,



and Medical Representatives.
- Set sales targets and KPIs for the team.
- Monitor team performance and conduct regular sales review meetings.
- Recruit, train, and develop the sales team.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons, hospitals, distributors, and procurement teams.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and business agreements.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Sales Operations
- Monitor daily sales activities and field performance.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to improve business performance.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Support teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding receivables.

Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product launches.
