We are looking for a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Design Lead to drive design, configuration, and implementation of SF EC solutions. The role focuses on solution architecture, business process design, and leading end-to-end EC implementations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC modules
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Define and design organizational structure, workflows, business rules, and foundation objects
- Provide expertise in data models, position management, workflows, and security roles
- Drive best practices, design standards, and governance across projects
- Lead workshops, requirement sessions,



and solution walkthroughs
- Ensure integration with other modules (RCM, ONB, Payroll, LMS) and external systems
- Oversee data migration strategy, validation, and reconciliation
- Mentor team members and act as a functional/design SME
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities
- Strong expertise in Employee Central (EC)
- Hands-on experience in:
- Foundation Objects & MDF
- Workflows & Business Rules
- Position Management
- Event Reason Derivation
- Time Off / Global Benefits (valuable to have)
