Role & responsibilities

Vendor relationships & long-term partnerships: Establish and own supplier relationships across every key component BESS, PCS, EMS, transformers, switchgear and balance-of-system and build strategic, long-term partnerships that secure supply continuity, technology roadmaps and preferential commercial terms.

Techno-commercial supplier evaluation: Identify, evaluate and short-list OEMs and suppliers on both technical capability and commercial competitiveness benchmarking specifications, performance, landed cost, lead times and total cost of ownership before qualification.

Cost optimization: Drive down component and system costs through competitive sourcing, volume aggregation, structured negotiation and value engineering — without compromising quality, safety or reliability.

Contracts & warranties: Negotiate and put in place robust supply agreements, framework contracts, warranties, SLAs and performance guarantees for each component category, and manage obligations and renewals across the contract lifecycle.

Back-to-back (B2B) protection:



Ensure supplier warranties, performance guarantees, liabilities and indemnities are structured back-to-back with the commitments Triphos makes to its end clients — so technical and contractual risk flows through to the OEM rather than resting with the company.

Sourcing standards & procedures: Formulate component-wise sourcing standards, technical specifications, qualification criteria and procurement procedures (BESS, PCS, EMS, etc.), and institutionalize them into repeatable, auditable playbooks.

Supplier quality assurance: Ensure OEM-supplied goods meet defined quality and specification standards through vendor audits, incoming inspection, pre-dispatch checks and acceptance testing — and maintain ongoing controls to sustain quality over the life of the relationship.

Supply chain coordination: Work with procurement and logistics to secure on-time delivery, manage inventory and lead times, and de-risk s
